1. All transactions are not returnable and non refundable

2. We work on first come first serve basis, no reservations

3. All items are on fixed price

4. Due to certain circumstances, parcels are only delivered every Friday.

5. Upon purchase, email us your name, contact number, items name or number and shipping address to tiptotoestore@yahoo.com

6. Delivery charge is RM 6 for West Malaysia and RM7 for East Malaysia

6. We will send you a confirmation email regarding the amount and the account to be credited.
